Heard Mr. P. K. Tiwari, learned Senior counsel appearing for the applicant in IA(C)/24/2023.

The learned Senior counsel submitted that by filing the IA, the applicant who is the writ petitioner in WP(C)/241/2020, is praying for leave of this Court to withdraw the same, with liberty to file afresh if need arises. Therefore, the prayer of the applicant/writ petitioner may be allowed. He further submitted that there is no objection from the side of the other parties to the prayer of the applicant in the IA.

The prayer of the applicant to withdraw WP(C)/241/2020 is allowed with liberty to file afresh if need arises. As for the other WP(C)s, list them again on 16.02.2023, as prayed for by Ms. Basar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State respondents.
