Heard Mr. K. Saxena, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners who has prayed for adjournment of the matter which has been kept pending for filing of the rejoinder affidavit.

Mr. I.Bam, learned counsel for the petitioners in I.A.(C) 213 (AP) of 2022 in W.P.(C) 401 (AP) of 2021 and learned counsel for the respondents in W.P.(C)242 (AP) of 2020 with I.A (C) 130 (AP) of 2022 submits that this matter has been kept pending for the counsel for the petitioners/applicants to file their rejoinder affidavit which is causing much hardship and inconvenience to him.

In view of the submission made, this court find it fit to fix another date for filing of their rejoinder affidavit by the applicants/petitioners failing which the court shall pass appropriate orders.

List this matter immediately after the ensuing summer vacation i.e. on 11.07.2023.
