Heard Mr. N. Ratan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. N. Anju, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. I. Riram, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 & 3.

Office Note dated 16.02.2022 in WP(C)151(AP)/2021, WP(C) 152(AP)/2021 and WP(C)153(AP)/2021 indicates that A/D card in respect of respondent No. 4, duly signed by the addressee, has been received back.

Since the respondent No. 4 in WP(C)150(AP)/2021 Shri Tania Tajing, Mandal President, Bharitya Janata Party, 16th Yachuli Assembly Constituency, Lower Subansiri District, Arunachal Pradesh is also the same respondent No. 4 in WP(C)151(AP)/2021, WP(C)152(AP)/2021 and WP(C)153(AP)/2021, the notice on respondent No. 4 is deemed to be served in all the writ petitions.

Since no counter affidavits has been filed by any of the respondents, list it after the ensuing summer vacation to enable filing of the counter affidavit by the respondents.

Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date of listing.
