Mr. Dugmar Kamduk, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Mr. Ninnong Ratan, learned counsel for the petitioners, with the consent of the other side; seeks adjournment of these matters by 1(one) week on the ground that Mr. Ratan, leading counsel, is presently out-of-station.

Mr. Kamduk, learned counsel, further submits that the learned counsels representing the respondents, have no objection if the interim orders passed earlier be extended till the next date of listing.

In view of the above, let all these matters be listed together, after a week, as prayed for, and the interim orders passed by this Court, earlier, shall continue till the next date of listing.
