Heard Mr. Oken Duggong, learned counsel for the petitioners, in Cont.Case(c)29(AP)2020, as well as Mr. S. Z. Rahman, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No. 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, & 13; and Mr. Ojing Pada, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 4.

The respondent No. 13, by filing an additional affidavit, has brought to the notice of the Court that the order, dated 18.12.2019, passed in WP(c)181(AP)2019, alleging violation of which order, the petitioners have preferred the contempt petition i.e. Cont. Case(c)29(AP)2020, has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P.(C) Diary No. 17300/2023.

In view of the above and as prayed for by the learned counsels appearing for the parties; list the instant contempt petition being Cont. Case(c)29(AP)2020, along with the connected contempt petition i.e. Cont. Case(c)28(AP)2020 and the related interlocutory application, after 3(three) months.
