Pada, learned Standing counsel, SIC Vigilance submits that the investigation in SIC Vig P.S Case No. 9/2022 under section 120(B)/406/409/420 IPC r/w section 13(2) of the P.C Act, 1988 is in progress. The learned Stading counsel, SIC Vigilance shall on the next date produce the latest status report of the investigation.
