Heard Mr. H. Rohman, learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application filed for impleadment of the present incumbent, the Deputy Commissioner, Lunglei District, Mizoram Smt. Ramdinliani, IAS as respondent No. 20 and Shri Vilas Pawar Harishchandra, the present Defence Estates Officer, Guwahati Circle, Narengi Military Station, P.O. Satgaon, Guwahati as respondent No. 21 since the previous respondent Nos. 7 & 9 of the Government servant has been transferred out.

This Court find it fit to grant the application and accordingly, Smt. Ramdinliani (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Lunglei District, Mizoram should be impleaded as respondent No. 20 and Shri Vilas Pawar Harishchandra, Defence Estates Officer, Guwahati Circle, Narengi Military Station, P.O. Satgaon, Guwahati should be impleaded as respondent No. 21 in Contempt Case No. 13/2019.

Accordingly, I.A.(Civil) No. 37/2024 stands allowed and disposed of.
