This I.A is filed by the applicant/writ petitioner praying for an order of this Court for striking out the name of the writ petitioner at Serial No. 8.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the counsel has been instructed by the said petitioner to pray for necessary order/s from the Court for striking out the name of the said writ petitioner.

Prayer made is not objected to by the respondents counsel.

Accordingly, the I.A is allowed.

The name of the writ petitioner No. 8, namely, Sh. Lalhmuchhuaka, S/o Sapchhawna (L), Teacher, Govt. Khawhai M/S, Transfer to Govt. M/S-I, Ngopa, Mizoram is struck off from the array of parties in WP(C) No. 14/2017.

The petitioner will file amended cause title before the Registry within a period of 1 (one) week from today.
