Notice in this case was issued on 16.06.2017.

2. Registry has already received the relevant records from the Foreigners'

Tribunal No. 3rd, Morigaon, Assam that was called for by order dated 16.06.2017.

3. Issue Rule, returnable by 06(six) weeks.

4. The petitioner is already on interim protection and interim bail since 16.06.2017.

5. Subject to compliance of the order dated 16.06.2017, passed earlier in the present proceeding, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall remain in force until further order of the Court.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Morigaon on or before 10.06.2024 during the office hours along with a certified copy of this order.

7. On his appearance before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Morigaon, as directed above, the said authority shall obtain necessary information and documentation as required under the Rules from the petitioner for securing his presence.

8. Further, the Superintendent of Police (Border), Morigaon is directed that on appearance of the petitioner within the period indicated above, the biometrics of the iris of both eyes, the fingerprints of both hands and the photograph of the petitioner shall be obtained, where after, he shall be allowed to remain on bail.

9. It is also specified that without giving full details of the petitioner's present address and/or destination including the mobile/phone number (contact number) before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Morigaon and without obtaining any prior written permission from the said authority, the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of said Superintendent of Police (Border), Morigaon.

10. Failure on the part of the petitioner to comply with the aforesaid directions, the bail granted to him shall stand automatically vacated and he shall be liable to be taken into custody.

11. Registry shall retain the relevant records that it received from the Foreigners' Tribunal No. 3rd, Morigaon, Assam, which was called for on 16.06.2017.

12. List this matter for hearing on a date to be fixed by the Registry after the returnable date.
