ORDER
Date : 11.06.2025
- This court on 02.12.2024, passed the following order:
"Learned counsel for the petitioner is present.
As per the Lawazima Court's order dated 13.11.2024, it is reflected that the petitioners have failed to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent No.4 despite repeated direction by the Lawazima Court. However, today the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be granted a last chance to take steps.
As a last chance, the learned counsel for the petitioner is granted 3 (three) days time to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent No.4.
List this matter after 4 (four) weeks.
Learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish a copy of the writ petition to the learned counsel appearing for the Cooperative Society."
-
In spite of such order, as per the Lawazima Court's order dated 05.05.2025, no step has been taken.
-
None appears for the petitioner on call.
-
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
-
Interim order, if any, passed earlier stands vacated.
