Learned counsel Mr. N. Alam appears on behalf of Mr. A.R. Shome, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Perused the records.
The office note dated 15.05.2023 reveals that notice was issued to the respondent Nos.
4, 5 & 6 by registered post with A/D on 12.09.2022.
In respect of the respondent No. 6, the A/D card has been received back. Upon perusal, it appears that the A/D card bears official seal and purported signature of the respondent. As such, service is complete in respect of the respondent No. 6.
Further, in respect of the respondent Nos. 4 & 5, neither the A/D cards nor the unserved notices have been received back.
In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon respondent Nos. 4 & 5 by registered post with A/D as well as by usual Court process through the office of the learned Munsiff No. 1, Kamrup (M) & Tinsukia respectively.
Let the matter be listed again before the Lawazima Court in the second week of June, 2023.
