Learned counsel Mr. M H Laskar appears for the petitioner.

Perused the records.

The office notes dated 09.12.2022 & 31.10.2022 reveal that notice was issued to the respondent No. 5 by registered post with A/D on 05.08.2022.

However, neither the A/D card nor the un-served notice has been received back in respect of the aforesaid respondent.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice on the respondent No. 5 by registered post with A/D as well as by usual Court process through the office of the learned Munsiff No. 1, Karimganj, within 10(ten) days.

Let the matter be listed again before the Lawazima Court in the third week of January, 2023.
