The applicant, by the present application is seeking condonation of dela y of 20 days in preferring the connected appeal.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon cons ideration of the averments made in the application seeking condonation of delay, I am of the view that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause in not pr eferring the appeal in time.

Hence the delay of 20 days occurred in filing the appeal is condoned. Miscellaneous case stands allowed.
