Heard Mr. D. Dey, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S. Ahmed, learned counsel for the respondent who submits that the respondent shall file a written petition in this case and has prayed for a weeks' time to do so.

The prayer is allowed.

The respondent may file written petition within a period of seven days from the date of this order.

However, in the meanwhile, in interim further proceeding of C. R. (N.I) Case No.27/2023 which is pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Goalpara shall remain stayed.

List this case after one week on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
