RSA 120/2001 BEFORE THE HON'BLE MR JUSTICE B. P. KATAKEY It appears that by the common order dated 24 September 2010 passed in MC Nos.268 2 and 2683 of 2010 the legal heirs of the sole respondent were substituted by se tting aside the abatement.

It also appears that the cause title of the appeal has accordingly been amended by the registry.

In view of the above, fresh steps for service in the appeal is required to be taken by the appellant, which shall be effected through registered post A/ D. Steps by 22 November 2010, making returnable on 10 January 2011. Interim orde rs, if any, passed earlier shall continue till then.
