Today also, he has handed over a cheque of Rs.2 lac to the learned counsel

for the petitioner for payment to his client (wife).

In all, till this date, the respondent/contemnor has paid Rs.10 lac to the petitioner by different cheques.

The petition be now listed for final hearing on a date to be fixed by the office.
