S.C. Biswas, learned Special Counsel appearing for the NF Railways. The petitioner in person has brought into notice of this Court that at p age 83 of the affidavit in opposition filed by the Railway authorities bears the signature of the Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer. The petitioner in perso n has produced before this Court a letter dated 27.08.2015 by the Divisional Ele ctrical Engineer, NF Railways addressed to the petitioner firm, wherein the sign ature of the said Sonoj Mukharjee is available. The petitioner in person leads this Court to compare the signature of the said Sonoj Mukharjee and the signatur e appears in the page 83 of the affidavit in opposition.

On a prima-facie examination, this Court is of the view that both the si gnatures are of the same person whereas, in the letter dated 27.08.2015 Sonoj Mu kharjee is shown as the Divisional Electrical Engineer, but at page 83 of the af fidavit in opposition, which is dated 28.03.2015, it is shown as the Senior Divi sional Electrical Engineer, meaning thereby, it is the case of the applicant tha t the signature contained in page 83 of the affidavit in opposition is not that of the Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer.

The Railway authorities would file an affidavit explaining the aforesaid discrepancies. The letter dated 27.08.2015 containing the signature of Sonoj Mu kharjee, Additional Electrical Engineer is kept on record.
