Mr. G. Goswami, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the issue involved in the present appeal is currently subjudiced in a proceeding pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Awaiting the verdict of the said proceeding, a prayer has been made for adjournment of this case for eight weeks.
Ms. L. Das, learned counsel for the respondents has also supported the said prayer.
In view of the above, this matter stands adjourned for eight weeks.
