Present: Sh. Sushant Mukund, Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff along with plaintiff.

I have heard the Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff and perused the record of the Court file. Upon filing of PF today itself, issue summons for settlement of issues of this suit and notice of the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 of CPC to the defendants, as per Order V Rule 9 of CPC. The defendants shall be served by way of ordinary process and registered AD/speed post. The summons and notice shall be returnable, on 03.03.2021. The defendants shall additionally be served by way of dasti process.
