2. Written statement with affidavit of admission / denial has been filed on behalf of defendant no. 7. Learned counsel for defendants objected that written statement by defendant no. 7 has been filed beyond the period of limitation and therefore, same may not be taken on record. However, learned counsel for defendant no. 7 submitted that she had filed the written statement within the time period granted to defendant no. 7 vide order Dated 13.08.2024.

3. I have gone through the previous order sheet and as per order Dated 13.08.2024, the written statement was to be filed by defendant no. 7 within

two weeks from that date and as per case history, the written statement was filed within the said period i.e. on 26.08.2024.

4. No replication has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff qua the written statement filed by defendant no. 7. Learned counsel for plaintiff submitted that he does not want to file replication qua the written statement filed by defendant no. 7.

5. Therefore, pleadings are complete.
