Reply has not been filed on behalf of the plaintiff. It is submitted by learned counsel for plaintiff that he had filed the reply yesterday only but same is not on record. Learned opposite counsel stated that he had also received the copy yesterday night and therefore, could not file rejoinder thereto, for which he requires some more time to file the same.

Let appropriate steps be taken on behalf of the plaintiff to place on record the reply.

Written statement has been filed on behalf of all the defendants except defendant no. 7. Cost of Rs. 5,000/- has been paid on behalf of the defendant no. 1 to 6 & 8 to 11 to the learned opposite counsel.

As per learned counsel for plaintiff, he has already filed the replication but same is not on record.

Ms. Shabana, defendant no. 7 appeared in person and stated that she is unable to file reply as she could not engage a counsel due to poor economic condition and will make appropriate request before the Hon'ble Court for providing legal aid counsel.

At request, put up before the Hon'ble Court on the date already fixed i.e. 13.08.2024 for further directions.
