1. Mr. Diwas Kumar, learned counsel, enters appearance for all the defendants except defendant No. 7.

2. List before the learned Joint Registrar on the date fixed i.e., 03.05.2024 for completion of service, pleadings, admission/denial of documents and marking of exhibits.

3. In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the appearing defendants state that out of the 11 suit properties, one of the properties [B-163, Shaheen Bagh, Okhla, New Delhi (Third Floor)- Serial No. 9] mentioned in prayer 'a' of the plaint was the self-acquired property of defendant No. 3. Shareef Ahmed, and has been sold to a third party.

undertake that they will maintain status quo as far as nature, character, title and possession of the suit properties are concerned. They are bound down to this undertaking.

5. As far as the property at serial number 9 is concerned, they will place on affidavit details of the third party to whom defendant No. 3 has allegedly sold the property, and also place a copy of the documents executed by defendant No. 3 on record.
