is one of the parties to the dispute and the arbitration agreement is a body
incorporated in a country other than India, any petition seeking reference of the
disputes to Arbitration under Section 11 (12) could be filed only before Hon'ble
the Chief Justice of India or the person designated by his Lordships.<br>He
therefore seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate
application before the competent authority.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty prayers
for.
