We have gone through the order dated 4<sup>th</sup> May, 2010 passed in a large number of matters pertaining to Golden Forest India Ltd.
The Registry has listed all these matters today for appropriate orders since learned counsel for the Committee wanted to check up the status of all these writ petitions.
After having checked up the status of all these writ petitions, learned counsel for the Committee has no objection if all these writ petitions are treated as claim petitions before the Committee in terms of the order dated 4<sup>th</sup> May, 2010. In other words, if any of these writ petitions was filed after the cut off date, that is, 10<sup>th</sup> August, 2006 as fixed by the Supreme Court, the Committee will not entertain the claims in view of the orders of the Supreme Court but bring it to the notice of this Court so that the records of this Court are updated.
The Committee will submit a report after six months and in any case on 1<sup>st</sup> November, 2010.
The report be furnished by the Committee in W.P. (C) No. 1399/2010. All these writ petitions stand disposed of.
Copies of these writ petitions should be scanned by the Registry at the earliest and stored in a CD which should then be handed over to Ms. Suruchi W.P.(C) No. $1403/2010$ and other connected writs page 2 of $3$
