1. As per office note, rejoinder has not been filed. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that she has filed rejoinder to reply of respondents nos.2 & 4 vide diary no. 3281723/2024 &3281783/2024 both dated 26.08.2024.

2. Learned counsels for respondent nos. 2 & 4 submit that they have not received the copy of rejoinder. Same be

supplied today itself against acknowledgment. Rejoinder is not on record. Learned counsel for petitioner shall get the same placed on record.

3. Joint document schedule along with its hard copy be filed at least a week prior to the next date. Hard copy of the documents, which are e-filed, be filed within four weeks. Parties shall produce the original documents on the next date.

4. Re-notify the matter for admission/denial of documents and marking of exhibits on 12.12.2024.
