- Through this application, the Petitioner seeks modification of paragraph No. 6 of order dated 16th October, 2024. Counsel for the Petitioner points out that there is an inadvertent omission in the order regarding the direction for release of original valuation report and title deeds of property bearing Flat No. D-504 (5th Floor), Vidisha CGHS
Limited known as Vidisha Apartments, Plot No. 79, 1.P. Extension, New Delhi-110092 in W.P.(C) 7239/2024.

In absence of such direction, the Registry has declined to release the said documents.

Having considered the above, for the grounds and reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and it is directed that Paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 16th October, 2024, shall apply to the original valuation reports, original title deeds of Flat No. D-504 (5th Floor), Vidisha CGHS Limited known as Vidisha Apartments, Plot No. 79, 1.P. Extension, New Delhi-110092 and undertakings deposited by the Petitioner in W.P.(C) 7239/2024.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the aforesaid along with the FDR of INR 50 lakhs in W.P.(C) 7239/2024.
