It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by this Court in the writ petition whereby it was ordered that there shall be no coercive steps pursuant to the impugned regulation, the respondent No.8 vide email dated 16.05.2025 has demanded the remaining amount and obtain No Dues Certificate, failing which No Objection Certificate for Short Term Open Access shall be terminated.
