  1. The petitioner challenges the orders dated 21.03.2025 and 05.11.2024, passed in Ex Crl 305/2024, whereby the warrants of attachments and Non Bailable Warrants were respectively issued against the petitioner for non-payment of the maintenance arrears.

  2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his calculation, arrears of ₹55,000/- are payable to Respondent No.2. He submits that the amount could not be paid due to financial constraints and the petitioner will make all efforts to pay the entire amount within a period of four weeks.

  1. He submits that in order to show his bona fides, the petitioner will pay an amount of ₹15,000/- within a period of one week to the respondent.

  2. Issue notice.

  3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State accepts notice.

  4. Notice be served to Respondent No. 2 through all permissible modes.

  5. The petitioner is also permitted to serve Respondent No. 2 through the learned counsel who represents her before the learned Trial Court.

  6. On the petitioner paying a sum of ₹15,000/- to Respondent No. 2 within a period of one week and also continuing to pay the monthly interim maintenance as awarded by the learned Family Court, the operation of impugned orders dated 05.11.2024 and 25.03.2025 is stayed till the next date of hearing.
