As per office report, notice issued to respondent nos. 2 & 3 have been received back unserved with the reports "incomplete address" and "given address found locked" respectively. However, respondent no. 3 has entered appearance and seeks some time to file the counter affidavit.
On petitioner filing process fee along with latest and correct address of respondent no. 2 within two weeks, let fresh notice be issued to respondent no.2 by all permissible modes, returnable on 20.12.2024. It be indicated in the notice that counter affidavit, if any, be filed within four weeks from service.
At request, six weeks time is granted to the served respondents to file the counter affidavits with advance copy to counsel for the petitioner. Rejoinder thereto be filed within four weeks thereafter.
