The present regular second appeal has been filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 04.01.2025 passed in RCA No. 05/2023 titled as Ms. Shabeena W/o Aslam vs. Ms. Praveen Begum W/o Late Mehmood Hussain, whereby the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi upheld the judgment and decree dated 18.01.2023 passed by the learned Civil Juge-01, Patiala House Courts in Civil Suit No.1030/2019.

At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant on instructions submits that there is possibility of amicable settlement.
