It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant/defendant no.1&3 that he has also filed some documents alongwith the captioned IA vide diary no.3251398. The same are on record.

Learned counsel for plaintiff accepts notice of the captioned IA and submits that he wants to file reply to the same. He also submits that he has not received copy of the captioned IA and the documents filed with the captioned IA. So, the plaintiff is directed to supply copy of the captioned IA alongwith the documents to learned counsel for the plaintiff within one week through email.

Thereafter, reply to the captioned IA be filed by the plaintiff within four weeks with copy to the opposite side, who is at liberty to file rejoinder, if any, within four weeks thereafter with copy to the opposite side.
Re-notify the captioned IA for completion of pleadings on the next date of hearing.
