1. Counsel for the parties have been heard briefly.

2. Mr. Pallav Saxena, counsel appearing on behalf of the defendants, submits that the defendants are willing to change their mark as well as the packaging so that the same is not similar to the mark and packaging used by the plaintiff. He seeks and is granted one (1) week's time for the same.

3. Mr. Nitin Sharma, counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff, submits that the defendants should be restrained from shipping the goods bearing the impugned mark and the packaging.

4. Mr. Saxena submits that at this stage, it may be too late to cancel the shipment scheduled for 22rd March, 2025. However, the defendants shall file their statement of accounts in respect of the said shipment.
