"i) Grant leave to file appeal/allow the present appeal of Appellant;

ii) Order to call upon the records in Complaint Case No. 441/2022 from the Ld. Trial Court;

ii) Set aside the impugned judgment dated 16.11.2024 passed by passed by Ld. JMFC (NI Act), Digital Courts, South District, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi; and/or Convict the Respondent/Accused and order for appropriate sentence and award compensation to the Complainant.

iv) Pass any other or further order(s)/direction(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the light of the facts and circumstances and also in the interest of justice."
