The said order is considered necessary for the reason that the counsel for the respondents is unable to state as to whether a specialist in the field of Dermatologist had been associated with the Review Medical Board after it had received a report from the Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi which is a Government hospital to which the petitioner had been referred to by the respondents, to the effect that the petitioner does not suffer from any fungal infection.
