-
- These are applications filed by the appellant seeking recall of the order dated 09.04.2024 as also the order dated 09.08.2024, vide which the review petitions preferred by the appellant were dismissed.
-
- The appellant, who appears in person, again urges that he was never an employee of UTI Asset Management Company but was, in fact, an employee of UTI Mutual Fund.
-
- Having heard the appellant and perused the order dated 09.04.2024, we find that the observations made by this Court in its order dated 09.04.2024 to the effect that the appellant was an employee of UTI
Asset Management Company, were made on the basis of the appellant's own averments in the writ petition. We are, therefore, of the view that by way of the present application, the appellant is only trying to re-argue the matter. This, in our considered view, cannot be permitted within the limited ambit of review jurisdiction that too in a case like the present where an earlier review petition preferred by the appellant already stands rejected by this Court.
- The applications are, accordingly, dismissed in the aforesaid terms.
