This is an application filed on behalf of the Judgment Debtor praying that the order dated 23.07.2014 be modified to reflect the correct figure of the amount paid to be 3,68,531/- instead of 3,08,531/- as reflected in the said order. The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor has handed over a photocopy of the bankers cheque being cheque no.368014 dated 21.07.2014 drawn on State Bank of India which reflects the amount as `3,68,531/-.
In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and the order dated 23.07.2014 is rectified to read as under:-
"Counsel for the judgment debtor has handed over a cheque in the sum of Rs. 3,68,531/- to the counsel for the decree holder in due satisfaction of the decretal debt. With the cheque being handed over, counsel for the decree holder says that he does not wish to press the execution petition.
The execution petition is, accordingly, disposed of."
