The applicant/appellant Bijender seeks his substitution with Chaman Singh S/o Jai Chand as his assignee. He submits that after the aforesaid assignment the applicant/assignor will be left with no right, title or interest with the enhanced compensation amount and the same shall accrue to assignee with all rights to receive such enhanced amount even if at all it is enhanced by the court.

Issue notice. Notice of the aforesaid application is accepted by Mr.Pathak, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1/Union of India. Notice is also accepted by Mr. Javed Ahmad appearing for the other
