1. Learned Counsel for the Respondents raises a preliminary objection in the matter. He submits that the Petitions as have been filed are against a interim order and thus, in terms of the judgments of the Supreme Court in D.P. Maheshwari v. Delhi Administration and Ors.; (1983) 4 SCC 293 and Dena Bank v. D.V. Kundadia; (2011) 15 SCC 690, the Petitions are barred.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to rely on a compilation of judgments. The compilation is however not on record. On steps being taken, let the same be brought on record.
