  1. The instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of

India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"a) Allow the present petition and set aside the interim award/order dated 30.10.2023 passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal Cum Labour Court, Delhi - I in ID No. 258/2022;

b) Grant any other relief or reliefs as may be deemed fit and proper under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice."

  2. Issue notice to respondents through all permissible modes on filing PF within one week.

  3. Since the matter requires consideration, the operation of the interim award/order dated 30th October, 2023 shall be kept in abeyance till the next date of hearing.

  4. List on 29th April, 2024 before Registrar for completion of service and pleadings.
