	Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the sister
	of the Applicant present before this Court today intends to
	deposit maintenance amount awarded by the Trial Court
	complying with the order passed by this Court on 12.8.2015,
	within a couple of days and prays that the matter may be taken
	up after a week so that by that time the compliance report can
	be filed. According to him, the sister of the Applicant had made
	an effort for depositing the same before the Court below but
	when she had gone there, the Presiding Judge was not
	available on 27.8.2016.
