	Reply has been filed by respondent No.2 in which, it is<br>disclosed that during the period he was on leave on medical<br>grounds, Shri Mohan Vishwakarma, Assistant Revenue Inspector got<br>road constructed on petitioner's land. It is submitted that the<br>proposal for payment of compensation to the petitioner has now<br>been initiated and it is pending on appropriate level.
	Prima facie, despite Court's order, road was constructed.
	Let the petitioner implead the concerned Revenue Inspector<br>as one of the contemnor who got constructed the road over<br>petitioner's land.
	The application for impleadment be moved within a week.
	It has been informed that the concerned Revenue Inspector<br>has been proceeded against departmentally also and he has been<br>placed under suspension.
	It is clear that without paying any compensation to the<br>petitioner either by way of any agreement or by way of acquisition,<br>road has been constructed.
	Respondent No.2, who is present in the Court is directed take<br>necessary steps forthwith to separate petitioner's land by fencing<br>and it should not be allowed to be used as road.

	The report shall be submitted on the next date of hearing.
	The matter be listed on 14/12/2017.
