Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

facts and issue involved in this case is identical to C.W.J.C.

No.11550 of 2016 and this writ petition may also be disposed of

in terms of the judgement passed in aforesaid writ petition.

This fact has not been contradicted by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of in term of the judgement dated 24.01.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.11550 of 2016 and other analogous cases.
