CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER
02/ 09-02-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the
State.
The petitioners are languishing in custody since
29.10.2011 and 28.10.2011 respectively in a case registered for
the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the
Arms Act.
The petitioner Satyendra Paswan was driving the vehicle and from whom there is no recovery whereas from petitioner Dhanjee Kumar one country made and two cartridges were recovered.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner Dhanjee Kumar that he has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the period under custody, let the petitioners namely Dhanjee Kumar and Satyendra Paswan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 167 of 2011.
