petitioner.
This restoration petition has been filed for restoration of S.A. No. 194 of 2000 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 06.02.2012.
In view of the statement made in the restoration petition and after considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for restoration is allowed and the second appeal no. 194 of 2000 is restored to its original file. It has been stated that the order dated 06.02.2012 directing for filing of the requisites has already been complied belatedly on 14.02.2012. The said compliance is accepted.
The office is directed to proceed for issuing notices upon the respondents as directed in the order dated 06.02.2012.
