Petitioners in these two applications are accused in a case under Sections 285, 304(A) and 304A of the Penal Code. They are father, sons and named in the First Information Report. Because of their unauthorized intervention with the electric connection leading to snapping of the High Tension Wire, daughter of the

informant, his co-villager suffered death. Petitioner Sugrib Singh is an old man, in the circumstances, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sherghaty (Gaya) in connection with Sherghaty (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2014. So far his two sons, Balwant Kumar Singh, Hanumant Kumar Singh are concerned, they shall be released on bail after completing nine months in jail custody.
