- 18.5.2011. Heard Shri Pankaj Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri V.M.K. Sinha, learned Special Public Prosecutor, Department of Mines and Geology and learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.6/Accountant General. The petitioner, who retired with effect
from 31.5.2010 holding Class-IV post from the office of Assistant Director, District Mining Office, Bhojpur at Arah, has prayed for directing the respondents to make payment of all his retiral dues. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the fact that petitioner retired in the month of May,2010, the petitioner has not received even single farthing under the head of retiral dues nor he is getting pension.
In view of the fact that petitioner has retired in the month of May,2010 and till date, he has not received any retiral dues, it is desirable to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents, particularly respondent nos.2, 3 and 5 i.e. Additional Director, Department of Mines and Geology, Government of Bihar, Patna, Deputy Director, Department of Mines and Geology, Government of Bihar, Patna and Assistant Director, Anchal Office, Mines and Geology Department, Purnea to take all steps to clear all the retiral dues of the petitioner within a period of two
