order dated 10.04.2019 passed in CWJC No. 1109 of 2019 whereby the Hon'ble Court rejected the said writ petition on the ground that the petitioner who admittedly is not having the requisite qualification and is disqualified cannot be permitted to appear or participate in the selection process.

  1. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

  2. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
