As may appear from the rejection order itself the petitioners were attempting to cremate the dead body.

In the above light, let the above named three petitioners be released from custody on furnishing bond of Rs.3,000/-(three thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachhiya(Bhagalpur)in Naugachhia(Parbatta)P.S.Case No.188 of 2006.
