Finding the petitioner's case identical to that of coaccused person namely, Ram Kewal Ram, who has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 8646 of 2005, petitioner is also enlarged on bail.

Taking that into consideration, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lalta Prasad, J.M., Ist Class at Danapur in Paliganj P.S. Case no. 179 of 1997 of District Patna.
