2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted

under Sections 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27

of the Arms Act.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the

petitioner kept absconding for the last sixteen years, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The prayer for bail is rejected.

5. However, he may renew his prayer for bail after

framing of the charge.
